publiceye media was founded and is run by Basil Miller, writer and journalist with over 25 years experience in national newspapers and magazines as reporter, feature writer, sub-editor and editor.

Basil Miller has worked in Ireland and abroad, with his work appearing in the Irish Times, the Guardian (London), Irish Independent, Philadelphia Inquirer, Sunday Tribune, Magill, European Times, Independent (London) and many others.

As a sub-editor and editor, he has worked with the Irish Times, Irish Press (RIP) and most recently for nine years with the Sunday Business Post before setting up publiceye media. In addition, he has long experience as a copy editor and editor with several prestigious academic publishers, in PR and corporate communications, and in creating focused website content since 2000. He has written two feature film screenplays.
